Read Malayalam in android devices - No root required- All indian languages

I was searching for a way to make my android device capable of displaying Malayalam fonts. I found that many of the malayalam sites have their own apps for android and iphone like one from Manoramaonline.

But my ultimate aim was to read manoramaonline and other malayalam sites right from my Android native browser. I google it for a while and found some facts like, if you have a malayalam locale in your android you can read Malayalam like any other global language.this enables all other apps to read malayalam too.
